      Apple have announced a new service to allow for easier management of files across devices.

      iCloud is the culmination of years of work which began with construction of a giant data centre in Maiden, North Carolina.

      Designed to store a user's documents remotely, and allow for easy access from a computer, phone or other device, iCloud is Apple's vision of future computing.

      Enabling users to easily purchase and sync MP3s, some from as little as 50p, Spotify is moving in to a space it has struggled to gain traction in so far, user’s personal music players.       Following on from the seeming collapse of Google Music, Google are looking at alternate ways to crack the music space and compete with Apple in it's own backyard.

      iTunes is the dominant player in the digital music download space, and it is often said that Apple created the iPod for iTunes, rather than vice versa. iTunes has also helped strengthen Apple's position in the phone space, allowing for easy downloading of songs on the go.

      Engadget have managed to land an exclusive look at the elusive white iPhone 4.

      Landing in the stock inventory of Vodafone UK, the appearance of the mythical product has taken many by surprise, especially since it was always more likely to appear on Apple's native market.

      Rumour has it that customers will have access to the phone as of 27th April.

      Apple has released an update to it's iTunes software, aimed to provide a number of bug fixes and slight speed improvements.

      Below are the list of improvements as detailed in the release notes;
      • An issue where iTunes may become unresponsive when syncing an iPad.
      • An issue which may cause syncing photos with iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to take longer than necessary.
      • A problem where video previews on the iTunes Store may skip while playing.
      • Other issues that improve stability and performance.
